The story
Red, white and blue, and entirely unbothered about it. The America was Scott's entry-level frame in the early nineties and the tubing is better than the price suggested at the time.
Straight bars came off, drop bars went on, and the whole thing turned out to be a very good gravel bike hiding in a very loud paint job.
